The Team Training Center is dedicated to our Competitive Athletes. The new Training Center is 24,000 square feet! It is only used by our competitive teams!

Accel Gymnastics competes in all levels, including Xcel and Men’s and Women’s USAG Developmental Program Levels 2-10.

Team ONLY Equipment Includes:

  • TWO FULL FLOORS! (2) Oversized 48x48 Floor Exercises

  • Separate Warmup/Conditioning area

  • 60 foot tumble trak

  • 60 foot rod tumbling floor

  • 4 vault tables

  • 5 Uneven Bar sets, 2 Single Bars

  • 13 Balance Beams

  • 3 Pommels, 8 mushrooms

  • 3 ring Towers

  • 3 Parallel Bars

  • 2 High Bars, 2 adjustable high bars (strap bars)

  • Full weight rack and free weights

XCEL TEAM PROGRAM

Accel Gymnastics also has a large team that participates in the USA Gymnastics Xcel Program. The Xcel program is designed to offer a broad-based, affordable competitive experience. At Accel, we strive to ensure that our Xcel Team is at the 'Accel Standard' and still allow our Xcel athletes to participate in other activities. Athletes can commit as much or as few (within boundaries) time to their gymnastics as they wish.

Xcel Team hours start at 4 hours per week. We are able to incorporate fun and our passion for gymnastics into the necessary strength, flexibility, and skill training to continue to improve and progress.
